Dimensions and Thread Specifications

Anchor bolt length and diameter can be adapted to suit project requirements, from common construction s to very large sizes to meet job specifications for effectual embedment depths and load resistances. For threaded assemblies, we supply rolled and cut threads with straight or tapered (pipe) threads as needed.

Structural Design and Materials

We have different designs for the end-head such as L-type, J type, U-type hooks, ring bolt (eye bolts), forged and swaged types according to clients'drawings. We also have welded accessories, such as connecting plates or inte- grated sleeve for more sophisticated assembly needs.

Material Grades and Surface Treatments

Material grades consist of typical ASTM F1554 (Gr 36, 55, 105) and A354 carbon standard steel. For corrosive atmospheres, we also have stainless-steel and many other high-nickel alloy materials available. To increase durability, we offer a range of surface treatments such as plain (black), hot-dip galvanizing, electro galvanizing or high performance corrosion-resistant coatings including Dacromet, Geomet or chromium-free zinc-aluminum coatings.
